Where is the store based?

- Halle (Saale), Germany

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, I currently ship to most countries internationally! Shipping rate may vary depending on your location.

Shipping DOES NOT  include tracking. Tracking can be very expensive, so I currently do not offer that. Sorry for the inconvenience!

 

 

I'm ordering from the US, will the tariffs effect my order?

- Since I'm based in Germany there is a high chance you may have to pay up to 140% of the shipping price. This is something out of my control and you will most likely be charged by your local post office upon receiving the order. Please reach out to your local post office for their terms on this situation. Thank you for your patience!

 


When will I receive my order?

- I will send all orders once I have received the product from the manufacturers. Once shipped, they should be received within 2-4 weeks.
However, if the item is a preorder, then the shipping time will be longer. This is because I wait to see the amount of orders, then start the ordering/shipping process. Preorder items will also have an estimated shipping time in the description. In this case, stay patient and any updates will come from my social medias. :)



How do you determine shipping costs?

- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

 

 

What is your refund policy?

- I will issue replacements or accept returns/refunds under these conditions:

- The item(s) received are damaged

- The item(s) received are not what was ordered

However, exceptions to this policy are:

- Address entered at checkout was incorrect

- Item(s) are as ordered and have no damage

Unfortunately, I am not responsible if an order goes missing during shipment or gets stolen. In these cases please send me an email, but you will most likely have to get in contact with your local postal service.
